During my stay, the room had an awful stuffy smell that was unbearable. The bed covers had cigarette burns, making it uncomfortable to sleep. It felt like the room had not been aired out for a long time, which added to my disappointment with the overall cleanliness.

The front desk clerk, Pritti, welcomed us really nicely, it made all the difference. Our room was clean, felt new and definitely upscale, trust me, I wasn’t expecting that!

I had a decent two-night stay in a deluxe king room. the cleanliness was spot on and the modern vibe was impressive, but the remote was quite grimy. Would return if needed!
